On the 12th of August, history was made as the Akwa Ibom Indigenes Organization in South Africa elected new officers to run the affairs of the organisation for the next one year. This was first constitutional election of the young organization.

 

 

Officers elected are:

3.       Mr. Oro U. Oro                  (Secretary General)

4.       Mr. Kingsley Ibokette       (Assistant Secretary)

5.       Mr. Emmanuel Ekqere      (Treasurer)

6.       Mrs. Victoria Inyang-Out  (Welfare Officer)

7.       Mr. Moris Essien               (Public Relation Officer)

8.       Mr. Ntakobong Udoidiong    (Financial Secretary)

9.       Mr. Ernest Nkang               (Provost)
